On Monday, August 2, 2027, the Moon's shadow will cross southern Spain, Gibraltar and North Africa, then Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Somalia. In Egypt, totality will last up to 6 minutes 23 seconds, one of the longest of this century. This kit helps your family plan the day, watch it safely and remember it.

ECLIPSE 2027 PRINTABLE KIT is a 16-page printable set for the total solar eclipse of August 2, 2027. It has a viewing log and timeline you fill in for your own spot, kids activity pages, a trip planner and journal, a keepsake page, and a path of totality map drawn from NASA eclipse path data. The cover and keepsake page feature a public-domain 1878 corona drawing by E. L. Trouvelot.

EYE SAFETY
Use only eclipse glasses or handheld solar viewers certified to ISO 12312-2. Look directly at the Sun without them only during totality, when the Moon completely covers the Sun, and put them back on as soon as the bright Sun starts to reappear. Never use eclipse glasses with a camera, binoculars or a telescope. This kit does not include eclipse glasses.
