Shipping & Local Pickup

Thanks for shopping with Swag-Labs by Exodus 31 Crafts! Every item is 3D printed by our family-run shop in May, TX. This page explains how long orders take, how they ship, and how free local pickup works.

1. Processing time (made to order)

Our products are made to order: we 3D print items in the order they're received, once payment is confirmed.

Processing time: 1–2 business days before your order ships or is ready for pickup. Business days don't include weekends or holidays.

2. Rush orders

Need something fast? Leave a note before checkout (use the "Order special instructions" box in your cart). If your item can be rushed, we'll create a custom listing for you to purchase. Not every order qualifies for rush service, because some products take longer to 3D print.

3. Custom orders and commissions

Custom and commissioned pieces (a new team, logo, or design) start with a request on our Make a Request page or by email at Info@thirtyonecrafts.com. Please include as much detail as you can, plus any images or design files.

• Timing: custom orders ship or are ready for pickup 3–5 business days after the design is approved.

• Custom and personalized items can't be returned (see our Refund policy).

4. Shipping carriers, rates, and delivery

• Carriers: We ship with USPS and UPS.
• Rates: Calculated at checkout from live USPS/UPS rates for your address and the service you choose.
• Where we ship: United States only.
• Delivery time: Depends on the shipping service you choose at checkout.
• Tracking: When your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email.

5. Free local pickup in May, TX (by appointment)

Live nearby? Skip shipping and pick up your order for free in May, TX.

How it works:

1. At checkout, choose Pick up instead of Ship.
2. When your order is ready, we'll contact you by text, email, or phone call to set a pickup time and place that works for you.
3. Meet us at the agreed time and place to collect your order.

Pickup is by appointment only, and there's no charge. [FRANK: how long will you hold a pickup order if the buyer doesn't respond or doesn't show? 6. Digital downloads

Digital-only products, such as the Essential Pencil Utensil Jig - DOWNLOAD ONLY, are not shipped. You'll receive a download link by email automatically right after payment. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or email us at Info@thirtyonecrafts.com.

7. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives, and contact us right away at Info@thirtyonecrafts.com if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We'll look into it and make it right, and typically we send a replacement promptly.

3D printing can leave small imperfections. These shouldn't affect how the product works.

8. Wrong or changed shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout.

• Before your order ships: contact us right away at Info@thirtyonecrafts.com or 254-946-1798 and we'll fix it.
• After your order ships: any reshipment to a corrected address is at your cost.
