Our products are – Made to Order – meaning that we 3D print items in the order they are received with confirmation of payment. There may be an occasion when we have some items that are Ready to Ship, however, that is not a guarantee unless it's stated as such in the listing. Our current processing time is 2-10 BUSINESS DAYS **Before it ships**. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
RUSH ORDERS – If you need an item rushed, please make a note of it before checkout. If it is something that can be done as a Rush Order, then I will create a Custom Listing for you to purchase. Not every order will qualify for a Rush Order as we are limited to the speed at which the different products are 3D printed.
All 3D printed products from Swag-Labs are made from a thermoset 3D filament. We use a sturdy PLA+ biodegradable filament that is a sustainable and environmentally friendly product. Please be careful not to allow it to get too hot or it could soften, melt, or warp. There may be some imperfections due to the 3D printing process, but this should not affect the usability of the product. We do our best to deliver high-quality prints on a quick turnaround. Please contact us if you have any specific concerns.
When Items are ready to ship the customer will receive a tracking number via email. Packages are shipped via chosen shipper w/Tracking Number. Please be advised that once the package has been mailed Swag-Labs has no control over how fast it is delivered.
All Swag-Labs products are 3D Printed in the Texas, designed using Fusion 360 CAD Software.
